The corrugated line runs strip through a decoiler, then through a series of roller stations that progressively form the shallow wave. A hydraulic cut-off shears each sheet to length after the former. Because corrugated sheets carry a gentle ripple, the standard machine handles gauge from 0.2 mm up to 1.2 mm, and can be widened for heavier stock on request. The finished sheets are used on gable roofs and side walls alike. Because the wave is shallow, this profile sheet making machine bends light-gauge painted coil without stretching the coating.
