Product Introduction
Our Roof Bending Machine is designed for the curved processing of metal roofing panels, making it ideal for creating circular arcs, arches, and uniquely shaped roof profiles. The machine features a robust welded frame structure and an intuitive operating interface that allows for rapid adjustment of the bending curvature; consequently, its production efficiency is significantly higher than that of manual bending methods. The finished products exhibit consistent curvature and blemish-free surfaces, making this Roof Bending Machine perfectly suited for commercial and industrial roofing projects that require curved panel profiles.

Product Features
Precision Bending
Achieves smooth, seamless curved surfaces with a minimum convex bending radius of 4 meters and a minimum concave radius of 6 meters; the curvature transitions are uniform and entirely free of wrinkles.
Multifunctional Compatibility
Capable of processing panels ranging from 300mm to 600mm in width; the spacing between the side guide rollers can be easily adjusted via a handwheel to accommodate various panel widths without the need to replace any components.
Intelligent Control
Equipped with a PLC system and a touchscreen interface, the machine can store multiple sets of bending parameters (including radius and feed speed) for one-touch recall, ensuring a bending angle repeatability accuracy of ≤ ±0.5°.
Robust Construction
The transmission shafts are crafted from #45 steel with a hard chrome plating (≥0.03mm thickness) for exceptional wear resistance and fatigue strength; the bearings and gearbox are engineered for a service life of 5 to 8 years.
Application Scenarios
Commercial Buildings
Creates elegant curved roofs for shopping malls, office complexes, and exhibition centers.
Industrial Facilities
Forms durable arched roofs for warehouses, factories, and logistics centers.
Public Infrastructure
Produces specialized roof profiles for stadiums, train stations, and airport terminals.
Architectural Projects
Enables custom curved designs for iconic buildings and landmark structures.
Working Principle
Feeding Stage - Panel Positioning and Guidance
The pre-formed color-coated steel panel enters the bending machine via a guide platform, while lateral positioning devices ensure the panel remains perfectly aligned and does not drift off course.
Core Stage - Hydraulic/Mechanical Arc Formation
Two sets of specialized upper and lower die rollers (precisely contoured to match the waveform of the steel panel) apply pressure to the material at specific intervals. By creating minute lateral indentations (or "bites") on the panel's surface, the machine effectively alters the local stress distribution within the material.
Discharge Stage - Progressive Extension and Shaping
As these indentations continuously overlap, the entire steel panel gradually bends upward or downward, ultimately forming a perfectly circular arc or arched roof panel.
Routine Maintenance
Cleaning of Dies and Pressure Rollers
During the pressing process, the coating or galvanized layer on the surface of the steel panels may generate minute amounts of metal shavings or paint residue. The surface of the mold must be cleaned regularly to prevent foreign objects from scratching the surface of the next batch of sheet metal.
Drive Chain and Gear Lubrication
The drive chains and gears of the Roof Bending Machine require regular application of grease. Since this equipment is frequently transported to construction sites-environments often characterized by high dust levels-timely lubrication is essential to effectively prevent mechanical wear and seizing.
Hydraulic Oil and Pump Station Inspection
Regularly check the hydraulic oil level to ensure there is a sufficient supply. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil after the new machine has been in operation for three months; thereafter, replace it every 1–2 years (typically using #46 anti-wear hydraulic oil) to protect the hydraulic valves and cylinders.
Bolt Tightness Inspection
Due to the continuous vibration generated by the equipment during the arc-forming process, it is necessary to regularly inspect the frame connection bolts, mold mounting screws, and limit switches to ensure they have not come loose.
