Reliable Waterproofing and Wind Resistance
The precisely formed ridge tiles feature an angle deviation of ≤±1° and an overlap gap of ≤0.5mm. Having successfully passed simulated heavy rain tests (under a water pressure of 1500 Pa) with zero leakage, they boast a wind pressure resistance rating of ≥5 kPa.

Rapid Production
The production of ridge tiles is really fast when we use roll-forming technology. This technology helps us make a lot of tiles quickly. We can make 12 to 15 meters of tiles in one minute. If we work for 8 hours we can make about 6,000 meters of ridge tiles. This is 13,000 pieces. We can make tiles 3 to 5 times faster than the way of bending them.

Low Maintenance Costs
We make the machine frame strong by welding and tempering it. The rollers that shape and bend the tiles are also very hard. They have a hardness rating of HRC55 or more. If we use the machine normally we only need to spend a time maintaining it each year. We only need to maintain it for 15 hours or less per year. We do not need to replace the parts like bearings and seals for more than two years.

Effortless Installation
Each ridge tile is the length with only a little difference of 1.5mm. The parts where the tiles overlap are also the width. To install the tiles we just need to snap them into place, over the roof panels and use screws to secure them. We do not need to cut or trim the tiles at the installation site. Ridge tiles are easy to install. We can install ridge tiles quickly and easily. Ridge tiles make our work easier.

Production Process Flow
Uncoiling and Feeding
The color-coated or galvanized steel coil is mounted onto the uncoiler. The steel strip is then smoothly unwound and fed into the main forming machine.
Roll Forming
Utilizing a series of precision-machined rollers-typically 12 to 18 stages-flat sheet metal is gradually pressed to form a central ridge line, along with rain-diverting grooves or decorative patterns on both sides.
Hydraulic Molding / Punching
Specifically designed for traditional architectural styles or Western-style stepped ridge tiles, a hydraulic mold performs precisely spaced downward strokes to punch out a stepped profile, thereby enhancing the three-dimensional visual effect.
Hydraulic Shearing
Guided by a PLC control system and based on a pre-set length, a hydraulic cutter executes a contour-following shear cut, ensuring the cut edge is clean, burr-free, and free from deformation.
Finished Product Output
Once cut, the finished roof ridge tiles slide onto a product support rack, awaiting packaging and shipment to the construction site.
