Features

Multiple Drive Options

Choose from mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems based on production requirements.

01

Precision Cutting

Adjustable blade clearance (0.05–0.5 mm) ensures clean, burr-free cuts with a length accuracy of ±0.1 mm.

02

Advanced Safety System

Equipped with photoelectric protection, emergency stop buttons, and safety guards.

03

User-Friendly Operation

Foot pedal control and adjustable back gauge for easy positioning and repeat cuts.

04

Robust and Durable

The machine frame is constructed from welded and tempered Q345B steel plates; the blades are made of Cr12MoV material (hardness HRC 58–62), designed for a service life of 8–10 years.

Advantages

Versatile Performance

Available in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drive configurations. Capable of processing sheet materials ranging from 0.5 mm to 25 mm in thickness and varying widths, covering requirements from small-batch production to continuous manufacturing lines.

High Efficiency

Shearing speeds reach 10–30 strokes per minute (depending on sheet thickness). Adjusting blade clearance and back gauge position takes only 1–3 minutes, significantly reducing auxiliary setup time.

Safety and Compliance

The machine comes standard with photoelectric safety protection (detection distance ≤ 20mm), complemented by dual-hand control buttons, an emergency stop switch, and a non-slip foot pedal; the entire unit has successfully obtained CE safety certification.

Low Maintenance Costs

The machine frame undergoes a tempering treatment following welding, while the cutting blades are crafted from quenched alloy steel. Under normal operating conditions, annual maintenance time does not exceed 20 hours, and maintenance costs amount to less than 2% of the equipment's total purchase price.

Economical and Efficient Solutions

We offer a variety of configurations to choose from-including an economical manual model, a standard electric model, and a high-precision CNC model. Customers can make their selection based on their specific budget and precision requirements, ensuring there is always a model that delivers an optimal return on investment.

Safe Operation Guidelines

modular-1

When you are using the machine there are some things you should not do. Do not try to cut sheets or other materials like round bars or angle steel. You should also never put your hands near the blade.. Do not try to cut materials that are too thick for the machine.

Before you start the machine you need to make sure some things are done. You have to check that the safety guards are in place. When you are using the controls with both hands or the foot pedals do not use your hand to hold the material. If you are cutting pieces of material less than or equal to 100 mm you should use a special tool to push the material.

If something goes wrong you need to know what to do. If there is an emergency press the stop button to turn off the machine away. If the material gets stuck do not try to fix it until you have turned off the power to the machine. The machine and shearing machine safety is very important. Always follow the rules, for the shearing machine.

Our Specialized Services

Precision Blade Selection

Tailored to specific processing materials-including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper-we scientifically match blade materials with optimal cutting clearances. We also offer sample cutting and prototyping services using your own materials, allowing the actual processing results to speak for themselves.

Custom Non-Standard Tooling

Breaking free from conventional size constraints, we offer in-depth customization of non-standard blade lengths and specifications to address unique processing requirements for specialized widths or oversized sheet metal, ensuring a perfect fit for your specific production line.

Legacy Equipment Upgrades

Revitalizing traditional mechanical shearing machines. Through a dual-pronged approach-combining "hydraulic drive retrofits" with "CNC back gauge upgrades"-we breathe new life into aging equipment, fully restoring processing precision and significantly boosting production efficiency.

Worry-Free Spare Parts Program

We have curated a comprehensive, one-stop spare parts kit featuring the top 10 high-wear components-including blades, high-pressure seals, clamping pads, and core switches. This program assists clients in establishing a secure inventory, thereby completely eliminating the risk of costly downtime.

FAQ

Q1: Which type of metal guillotine machine is right for my application?
