Process Flow
Feeding
You put the -cut roof panel or long sheet material on the feeding table. It has to be flat and lined up with the positioning guide. Then you feed it into the feed rollers. You can do this by hand. Use an electric drive.
Folding
The material goes between two rollers, one on top and one on the bottom. These rollers bend the edge of the material to an angle, like 90° or 135°. You can control how wide the fold is, by changing the height of the roller. This way you can make a sided fold in just one try.
Trimming
After the material is folded the edge might still be a little rough. That is why a pair of cutting blades is used to scrape and trim the edge. This gets rid of any bits or burrs.
Polishing
If you want to you can make the edge of the material really smooth. You do this by using a cloth wheel or a nylon wheel to buff the edge. This helps get rid of scratches and makes the surface look nicer.
Discharging
When the material is all done it comes out through the discharge port. Now it is ready to be stacked by hand or sent to the installation stage. The roof panel is. Ready to use.
